The Hide command makes the selected atoms invisible. Hiding atoms is mainly useful when displaying secondary structure or Calpha traces. A more detailed description is available here.

Example 1:
HideAtom Sidechain

Hide all side-chain atoms.


Example 2:
HideObj 2-4

Hide atoms in objects 2,3 and 4.
