Caps will be added to all termini in the selected object. If you want to add them only to a certain molecule, split the object before. C-terminal NME caps can only be added if the C-terminus contains a carboxyl-group.

Example 1:
AddCapObj 1crn,ACE

Add N-terminal acetyl cap to object 1crn.


Example 2:
AddCapObj 1crn,NME

Add C-terminal N-methyl cap to object 1crn.


Example 3:
AddCapObj 1crn,ACE+NME

Add both caps.
